Manufacturing precision ball screws is a process that comes about by meticulous care and attention to detail at every production step. At Schrillo, continuing improvements on our basic actuator design and manufacturing methods mean quality ball screws, in our product line for almost thirty years, that meet the toughest criteria of our most demanding customers.

PRECISION MOVEMENTS
Our commitment is reflected throughout. A unique internal recirculation system promotes a smooth, balanced operation, along with smaller envelope requirements and simplified ball nut configurations. Endplay is reduced to a minimum by the careful individual matching of screw and nut elements, and selective ball sizing. In addition, our actuators feature raceway surfaces that are precision ground and lapped, and ball bearings of grade V quality are used exclusively.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
Our only designs are custom designs; therefore no stock or standard actuator units are available. Every specialized feature; splines, keyways, threads, bearing journals, integral dogstops, and wiper/sealer combinations are made to meet or exceed the customer's needs. Our contracting services offer extensive design support to best fulfill the requirements of a specific application and continue the Schrillo tradition of ball screw assemblies of exceptional value and quality.
